Mr. Daley is a retired Judge of the Superior Court at the Middlesex County Family Courthouse who presided over juvenile cases. He serves as the Chair of the Middlesex County’s Children’s Services Commission. He has been on the NBT Board of Directors since 2004 and serves as NBT’s Chair of the 0-21 Task Force.
