Rebecca, holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, possesses experience in enhancing operational efficiency and contributing to organizational success within the human services and educational sectors. She is originally from New York but has spent the past six years establishing and actively contributing to communities throughout New Jersey through social service initiatives.

Rebecca has a comprehensive background in client-centered methodologies, having served as a Career Navigator and Behavioral Assistant. She has effectively increased client interview success rates through targeted coaching and has managed crisis intervention services for vulnerable populations.

Her transition into grant work reflects a commitment to supporting social work, community initiatives, and educational advancement within New Jersey communities. Additionally, she has utilized comprehensive grants management systems to co-author a Grants Manual, aiming to improve success rates for expanding STEM programs and underfunded educational departments. Rebecca has also demonstrated proficiency in budget management by utilizing accounting systems to monitor expenditures and reconcile financial records in accordance with grant specifications and requirements.

As a Grants Manager, Rebecca’s primary focus is on establishing partnerships with foundations and corporate donors to enhance resources that further the achievements of New Brunswick.
