Jessica Viscuso serves as the Director of Administration at New Brunswick Tomorrow, where she plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the organization. With a strong background in nonprofit management and organizational development, Jessica oversees internal systems, supports strategic initiatives, and fosters a collaborative environment that empowers staff and partners to deliver impactful community programming.
New Brunswick holds a special place in Jessica’s heart. Her journey with the city began through her work with the School-Based Youth Services Program, where she dedicated herself to supporting students within the New Brunswick School District. This experience deepened her commitment to youth development and laid the foundation for her transition to New Brunswick Tomorrow.
Her transition to administration at New Brunswick Tomorrow was driven by a desire to expand her impact beyond direct service. In her current role as Director of Administration, Jessica leverages her experience in youth programming to strengthen organizational infrastructure, support strategic planning, and ensure that NBT’s initiatives are responsive to the community’s evolving needs.
