Diana is a passionate community advocate and dynamic leader deeply rooted in the vibrant city of New Brunswick, NJ. Diana’s journey began in the heart of New Brunswick, where she attended the local public schools and Middlesex College before earning her Bachelor of Science in Public and Nonprofit Administration from Rutgers University–Newark.
Driven by a steadfast commitment to social equity and community empowerment, Diana joined New Brunswick Tomorrow (NBT) in January 2019. As Associate Director of Housing, she leads a broad portfolio of human service initiatives designed to address systemic challenges and improve the quality of life for residents. Her work centers on expanding access to safe, affordable housing—particularly for low- to moderate-income, first-time home buyers—by connecting individuals and families with critical resources and support systems.
Diana’s leadership is marked by her collaborative spirit, strategic vision, and deep empathy for the communities she serves. She plays a key role in advancing NBT’s mission of Moving People Forward, ensuring that every initiative she touches reflects the organization’s values of inclusion, opportunity, and resilience.
Inspired daily by her parents and family members, Diana brings both heart and expertise to her work. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys running and hiking, and expresses her creativity through photography—capturing stunning portraits and breathtaking landscapes that reflect her appreciation for beauty and storytelling.
