Charles joined NBT in January 2014. Previously, Charles worked for five years with a cross-cultural parent organizing and advocacy organization in Chicago, supporting parents in their successful efforts to influence local and state policy. He is a Nebraska native with a BA from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles and a Masters in Justice Ministries from Catholic Theological Union in Chicago. Charles lives in New Brunswick with his wife Alexi and their three young daughters.
